My guess is this:

1. if you’ve left a community then you already have courage;
2. if you have courage then you have what it takes to take the next step;
3. if you’re prepared to take the next step then there’s nothing stopping you.

Isn’t it interesting that it has required unbelievable courage to get you to where you are today, but you question whether or not you have the courage to carry on?
