The Protestants left the church en masse with some leadership who helped them organize and gather in homes and eventually buildings. This was the beginning of the Protestant church.

Now people are leaving the church en masse and many are not interested in leaders organizing and gathering them in homes to start a new kind of church.

You are truly pioneers. What this is going to look like is beyond my vision. But the spiritual independence of each individual is at the center of it.
