Thought I would pose a question to TLSerers seeing as we’re all about growth. I hope this fits within the TLS purview. I spoke to a friend recently who credits William Glasser’s ‘choice theory’ and ‘lead management’ practices as helping her.
I’ve done a bit of online searching, but thought to ask if anyone is familiar with the concepts and can give an explanation or critique? It’s new to me.
Similarly, did anyone find ‘The Artist’s Way’ helpful (or not)? It’s one of those things I’ve never gotten around to…
I found the Artist Way to be extremely valuable. I like processes that have me actually “do” instead of just explaining the process.
