I know many of you have seen this video of me hanging out with students and profs at St. Stephen’s University in New Brunswick, Canada. I post it here because I want to include it in The Lasting Supper’s archives of Potlucks. Here’s why:

I give a pretty clear account of my departure from the church and the theological transition I experienced and am still experiencing.

I also give a pretty clear indication of what I think church and community is. This occurred just a few months before The Lasting Supper was launched. The Lasting Supper is the fulfillment of what I was wanted and even needed.

It turns out it is exactly what many of you wanted and needed too. Like one of our members said in this thread:

“Welcome to this cyber jungle where dreams are made of.”
